A quick update to the site before our game later on today: you guys played amazingly well yesterday, outshooting our opponents by a landslide (36 to 4). We hadn’t played that team yet so anything could have happened. Defence played really well, keeping the Tornade from even getting to the net – make sure you keep that up, without any shots on goal, they cannot score…!
We have a great chance to win today against Attack 1 – our last
game against them was only a 4-2 loss, and we have improved significantly since then.
Watch out for numbers 9 and 21. They both scored or got assists last game as
well as penalties.
Today's win was also a nice way to celebrate at the lunch
afterwards – thanks to Sonia for organizing it, the guys were happy to spend
a noisy time together at their table (too bad I didn’t take photos!).
Have fun viewing the images and videos – so sorry that I
didn’t get the last two goals on film – one of them was Skylar’s FIRST EVER. Congrats!
